Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

DOMESTIC RETURN AND REFUND

  • Returns: Customer(s) have 7 days to request a return/refund after an in-stock order has been delivered by sending Capeless an email/WhatsApp with order number.
  • Customer(s) may return any product bought, however, bears shipping costs inside the UAE for shipping and returning any item/order back to Capeless warehouse including the original shipping charges.
  • Full Refunds/replacement: If the item(s) received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, Capeless will bear return shipping costs and customer will receive a replacement (if available) or a full refund along with any shipping fees applied if the item is already out of stock.
  • Replacements can be offered only once per order (subject to availability and item's condition), if the customer is still dissatisfied with replaced item, Capeless will only offer a return and refund, however, buyer bears return shipping costs in that case. 
  • Items that are part of a promotional or sale offer are not eligible for return or refund; nor combinable with any other promotions or offers. 
  • Items that are listed as "Damaged" or "Non Mint" are not eligible for returns, replacements or refunds.
  • Funko items that have a "Chase" variant are not eligible for returns unless received damaged/defective.
  • Gadgets or Home Decor items that are unsealed or opened are not eligible for returns unless received damaged/defective.
  • For all Returns: Item(s) should be returned in its sealed and original packaging, Capeless reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if products have been used or tampered with. Capeless cannot accept returns on opened/unsealed items including but not limited to Soda Vinyls.
  • Refunds will be done through the "Original Mode of Payment" and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. If the method of payment was "Cash on Delivery", customer is required to provide Capeless with his/her bank details to transfer the refund amount after the item(s) successfully return to Capeless warehouse.

 

 INTERNATIONAL RETURN AND REFUND

  • All International sales are final and are not eligible for return/exchange/refund unless arrived defected or damaged.
  • Damaged/Defective items: If the item(s) received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, Capeless will bear return shipping costs and customer will receive a replacement (if available) or a full refund along with any shipping fees applied if the item is already out of stock. Capeless team may require proof of item(s) delivered by pictures or other methods upon investigation.
  • Lost Items: Capeless will not be responsible for any lost item(s) once the parcel arrives to the destination country and handed to the local courier for final delivery.
  • If the customer refuses to receive the order for any reason after the package arrives in the destination country, the items may be returned to Capeless warehouse; however, order amount will not be refunded unless item(s) are safely returned back to Capeless warehouse in UAE minus any shipping charges endured in delivering and/or returning the item(s).
  • Refunds will be done through the "Original Mode of Payment" and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card

 

CANCELLATION

Customers can cancel in-stock order(s) within 12 hours from time of placing the order; if order was paid online, refunds will be made back to the payment method used initially by the customer. Pre-orders can be canceled free of charge if requested within 48 hours after placing the order. Pre-orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the total order amount. If customer(s) requests to cancel a pre-order before the item arrives locally in Capeless warehouse, the order amount will be refunded minus cancellation fees if any. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
